ANNOUNCES NEW DATA PROVIDERS
Corporate Actions Processing Company Partners with EDI and Mergent
Boston, MA (June 10, 2002) -- Fidelity Enterprise Data Systems (FEDS), a Fidelity Capital company and a leading provider of corporate actions event information, announced today that it has signed contracts with both Exchange Data International (EDI) and Mergent, Inc (formerly Moody’s Financial Information Services) to provide corporate action data for its ActionService product.
Fidelity Enterprise Data Systems receives corporate action data from multiple sources and uses experienced industry professionals to compare data, resolve conflicts and augment information. As part of this offering, EDI will provide Non-North American Dividend and Corporate Action information and Mergent, Inc. will provide North American and Canadian Dividend and UIT data.
