(OTCQX: OTCM), operator of Open, Transparent and Connected financial marketplaces for 10,000 U.S. and global securities, and Exchange Data International (EDI), a premier provider of back- and front-office financial and securities data, today announced the creation of the OTC Corporate Actions Data Service which will provide timely, comprehensive corporate action data for companies trading on the OTCQX\u00ae, OTCQB\u00ae and OTC Pink\u00ae marketplaces.<br \/>\n<a name=\"more\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The OTC Corporate Actions Data Service will publish information on all OTCQX, OTCQB and OTC Pink securities, including data on the underlying securities for American Depositary Receipts (&#8222;ADRs&#8220;) and foreign ordinaries traded in the U.S. market.
