Point in Time File (PIT)

EDI’s Point In Time Security Reference File (PIT_SRF) feed offers granular insights into changes in securities coding and critical reference data points at any historical point since January 2005. Each record in this feed is meticulously dated, allowing for precise queries against single securities or portfolios.

Enhanced Insights with PIT_EVT

Our Point In Time Event Feed (PIT_EVT) enriches the PIT_SRF by incorporating static data events from EDI’s Corporate Actions service. These events provide crucial context, explaining why static data changes occurred.

POINT IN TIME FEEDS:

    • PIT_SRF: Contains time-series changes at the listing level, each with start and end dates.
    • PIT_EVT: Includes WCA static data events on which PIT SRF is built. These events elucidate the reasons behind static data changes.
